The guided project for organizations

Next to the Empowerwoment Project for organizations, I offer a guided version of the Empowerwoment Project. The most significant difference (aside from the price) is that with the guided version, your organization gets practical advice and help from Marieke van de Rakt for the entire duration of the Empowerwoment Project.

What does that mean? What does the guided project entail precisely?

1. Guided peer group meetings

In the guided Empowerwoment Project, all 12 peer group meetings will be led and coached by Marieke. All participants can ask questions and have a one-on-one coaching session with Marieke if needed.

2. In-house unconscious bias -training

Marieke will do in-house training about unconscious bias, stereotypes, and prejudices. This will help with getting a support base for gender equality throughout the entire organization.

3. Guidance in the empowerwoment assessment

Marieke will guide the participants of the Empowerwoment Project with the execution of the Empowerwoment Assessment. In that assessment, the organization is analyzed on the status of gender equality and will get some practical advice on improving gender equality within the organization further.

4. Help in making HR policy

Marieke will also take time to work with the organization’s HR department to improve approaches to make them more gender equal.
