The project for organization is the best pick!

The Project for organizations is usually the best pick for organizations. The Empowerwoment Project was explicitly developed for organizations. Because to truly change something in terms of gender equality, organizations should collaborate with their female employees! The Empowerwoment Project focuses on helping women to step up and, at the same time, initiating actions to improve gender equality in the organization.

Within an organization, female employees can participate in the Empowerwoment Project. If more than six women participate, it makes sense to compose multiple peer groups. One woman in each peer group will be the chairwoman of the group. She’ll get some extra documentation and help from Marieke personally. Part of the project is online, and the other part is in meetings (either online or in person).

What about the free project?

I offer the free project for all those women that would like to empower themselves but do not work for an organization that is willing or able to purchase the Empowerwoment Project. In the free project, you’ll only learn what women can do themselves to step up, not from the organizational point of view.

And the guided project for organizations?

The guided project for organizations is meant for organizations that want to take their gender equality to the next level and feel that they need extra guidance. Marieke will play an active role throughout the entire project. She will lead all the meetings, do an in-house talk or training for the whole organization, do a one-on-one with all participants and help assess and implement HR policies to improve gender equality in your organization. Up to 6 women can participate in the guided project.
